Not happy with your brand kit? Email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll typically issue a full refund, no questions asked.
How it works
Email support@markhush.com with your order ID (included in your confirmation email) within 7 days of your purchase. In the vast majority of cases we'll process a full refund back to your original payment method — no need to explain why, and no need to have avoided downloading your files first.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are issued immediately on our end and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing time.
After the 7-day window
If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, reach out anyway — we'll consider requests on a case-by-case basis, we just can't guarantee one automatically past that point.
Fair use
This policy is here for genuine one-time purchases. We reserve the right to decline a refund if we see a repeated pattern of purchasing and refunding from the same person.
Our discretion
While we aim to honor every reasonable request under this policy, all refund decisions are made at Markhush's sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or reduce any refund request — in whole or in part, for any reason or no reason, and at any point in time, including requests that otherwise meet the guidelines above. This policy describes our general practice, not a guarantee.

We may update this Refund Policy, and any of our other policies, at any time and without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your request is the one that applies. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
